The Foundation's Purpose

The Foundation for Happiness and Enlightenment was founded in 2015 with the mission to uplift all by reuniting us with the stars. The Foundation is an organization set to enhance the practice of Taoism, one of the oldest religions recorded on Earth. ​Ancient Taoists knew like scientists that people are star material and in addition, they knew that humans are meant to go back to the stars and heaven while fulfilling their purpose on Earth. It is human nature to radiate back to God the spark of the stars contained in the heart. The Foundation's work is the liberation of our life here and beyond based upon our physical, mental and spiritual consciousness.

The Foundation's Teachings and Practices

Through classes, meditations, and reflective experiences, The Foundation for Happiness and Enlightenment shares the following: 
  • Learning and letting go of all the forms of the ego
  • Cultivating the ability and discernment to function from the heart instead of the mind
  • Understanding karmic debt and balancing it to progress beyond the Earth toward the Stars
  • Bringing health to our body and being, as well as to the world by bringing them in resonance to the ways of the Cosmos, primarily through the Laws of the Five Elements, and the interaction of Yin and Yang principles
  • Understanding the nature of the seen and unseen and the nature of life here and beyond​
